The image appears to hang in the air, unsupported. Very few studios can produce it.
WHAT IT IS

Not a video file

A holographic fan display is a ring of LED blades spinning fast enough that the eye stops seeing the blades and sees only the image. Content for it is authored on a circular canvas, with true black read as transparency and the subject built to hold together while it rotates.
Exporting a normal video and hoping is the usual mistake. It reads as a smear. The format has to be designed for from the first frame, which is why most production companies decline the work.

How the content is actually built

The canvas is circular, not rectangular, and true black is read by the hardware as transparency. That single fact drives every decision. The subject is composed to sit inside the circle with margin, because anything near the edge is travelling fastest and smears first.
Detail is the enemy. Fine texture, thin type and busy backgrounds disappear at rotation speed. What survives is bold shape, strong silhouette and high contrast against black. Motion is built to read in a loop, because the display will play it hundreds of times a day and any visible seam becomes the thing people notice.

Getting the file right for your hardware

Fan units differ on resolution, frame rate, container and the software used to load them. A file that plays perfectly on one model is rejected by another, which is why the model number is the first question rather than the last.

Retail windows, exhibition stands, showrooms, restaurant entrances and reception areas. It stops people because it is genuinely unusual, and it stays unusual because so little content exists for it.

Where it is placed and how people react

The effect depends almost entirely on placement. It needs darkness behind it, since the illusion comes from bright content floating against a black field, and a viewing distance of a few metres, because too close reveals the blades and too far loses the detail.
A shop window works because the interior can be kept dark. A trade stand works because the whole environment is built around it. A brightly lit reception with a white wall behind is where these get installed and disappoint.
Where it is placed well, people stop, and they stop because they have not seen it before rather than because they are interested in the product. That novelty is the asset, and it holds only as long as so little content exists for the format.
